Notifications Settings

Overview

Notifications Settings page allows you to configure the conditions under which notifications are sent, specify recipients for email notifications, and control the rate of notifications.

Maximum Notifications Per Minute

This setting controls the maximum number of notifications that can be sent to each provider per minute. By default, SyncNow limits this to 5000 notifications per minute.

Notification Events

In this section, you can define the conditions that trigger notifications. You can choose to send notifications on synchronization warnings, errors, or both.

Recipients

Select SyncNow users who will receive the notifications. You can specify different recipients for different types of notifications based on the configured events.

  1. Maximum Notifications Per Minute: Set this value to control the rate of notifications. For example, if set to 3000, SyncNow will send no more than 3000 notifications per minute to each provider.

  2. Notification Events: Choose the events that will trigger notifications. You can select:

    • On Sync Warning: Notify recipients when a warning occurs during synchronization.
    • On Sync Error: Notify recipients when an error occurs during synchronization.

  3. Recipients: Select the users who will be notified. You can choose from the list of SyncNow users and assign them to receive notifications for specific events.
